Belle-Ville Pancake Café

Found at 100AM mall, this café specializes in souffle pancakes. The pancakes are cooked at 70%, the pancakes are gooey. Gooey not in a bad way but in a good way. The waiting time when there was no people, took 10 minutes. The pancakes are fluffy and delicious, but remember to eat them fast or it will taste less delicious!

Overall, the pancakes were very delicious and I recommend going here to eat breakfast.

A trip to Pulau Hantu

On a bright and sunny day……

Oh wait. This isn’t composition.

But….

Dark clouds loomed over us and I knew we had to make a move before it rained. So we did. The shores of Singapore soon became a dot, and the boat sped up . Soon, we reached the grand and magnificent<{PULAU HANTU}>.

The sky as we got ready for take off!

Benny’s adventure team has assembled!

The sky! And the dark clouds!

This was a very eye-opening trip. I saw many marine animals and even a octopus! There was a lot to see. I learnt about many animals and saw many sea creatures that cannot be found in Singapore. I also managed to take a bunch of photos for my art project! I am very grateful to my 小姨 for letting me see the world [or Singapore] instead of me fixating on a screen. This was a very memorable trip and has been documented!

My presence is known for all to see!

Symmetry? Well, we may have scared the crab a little too much:P

Star!Sea!Seastar!

Conch!

Another crab… this time less threatened.

Anemone! Looks cool right?

Look at that!

It soon became dark and we had to whip out our newly bought torchlights and began hunting for new things to see.

Well i am probably shown more than enough pictures of animals. Quite sure i am done with that section!

The sea is a interesting place indeed.

French philosopher Henri Bergson has a famous quote: “The eye sees only what the mind is prepared to comprehend.”

If you were not prepared to see the animals in the water hidden out of plain sight, you will not see it. If you can comprehend what will be coming, there will be no surprises. But not all trips are smooth sailing. I stepped on a crab. Not totally, i just placed my foot, then the “ground” moved. That was embarrassing.

Clayclay, signing out!

How much effort is needed for a competition stream?

Sound check? Light check? Stop being nervous? The first two can be done, but the last one is easier said then done. The world room was filled to the brim with stress.

These budding emcees/presenters/behind the scene producers were practicing for their final production for the 6 week program, Elevate’21.

This event showcased their talents and made me realize that it is never too late to start. The efforts put into the final project was so shocking. At this event, the talents had to face certain difficulties when talking. For example, the screen might suddenly not show anything or the mic stops working or a toilet break. The speed that they solve the problem is amazing.

I am very thankful for my 小姨 for bringing me to this eye-opening event. It enabled me to open my eyes and see the world.

I am thankful to 小姨 for bring me there, grateful to all the people who were friendly and made me feel less nervous , and happy that you have read until here.

So seeya next time and bai!

Pls like. If not I can’t game…

Ang Mo Kio Town Garden West

A place.

Kinda small park.

Kinda steep slope.

Kinda near a MacDonalds. [totally not out of the point]

Ok. It is a nice park but kinda far.[why am i using so many kinda?]

It has a slope.

Oh and it has alot of birds. idk how to explain.

It has a  120-step staircase! It is a nice place to run and there is a decent vegetarian there. It is called ZhenYi Veggie place. There is also a hawker there too.

Long way up and the same for down.

Mud. Yea.

There are some off the path trails that are quite safe, about 20 meters long. However, it can get muddy!

I, myself , think that the sheer amount of birds there is something to see.

Yeah. The slope next. We parked down there at the parking sign. It was steep but manageable.

Oh! There are a bunch of big rocks there. Parkour!

More photos. :] More slope!

Big tree! It looks interesting!

Shoe in camera.

Nobody ask me why I look sad. Oh and lizard!

Can you find out where I took the photographs from?

Pasir Ris Park

If you like animals, this park is a must come. Filled with animals to the brim, this place is a photographer haven in Singapore. Did you know that Pasir Ris is derived from malay? It means beach bolt-rope. We saw crabs, herons, jellyfish, hornbills, dragonflies and butterflies. The jellyfish was probably the coolest part. Seriously, how many Singaporeans have seen jellyfish in Singapore water? Not many. I couldn’t get a snap of the jellyfish in the somewhat murky water. In a nutshell, it was an interesting experience.

P3 VS P5… Which leap is further?

P3… The first time you change to a new class… It is stressful. I still remember the first day of P3, worried getting a fierce teacher, wondering whether I will fit in and wanting to make new friends. Luckily, I made lots of friends on the first day. The homework increased … but really no one really realized. P3’s biggest change was new classmates, therefore similar to P1 . The extra subject, Science, was very easy to learn with the very helpful science teacher.

P5… Similar to P3 , new classmates but with old classmates. However, there is a very substantial increase in homework. With the addition of the calculator, many of my friends resort to using the calculator for math homework which is not meant to be done with a calculator. I feel that parents should check on their children once in a while to see if their children are struggling.

All in all, I feel that P5 is a bigger leap as PLSE is the year after. I hope that in P5, that we will have more time to learn. I will try to pay more attention in class and be respectful to my teachers.

Stay safe and healthy!
